UK Certified TheraTogs Fitter Lab
In this supervised, hands-on lab program, you'll apply the didactic program principles and strategies, beginning with the measurement of sagittal-plane spinal and pelvic alignment in sitting and standing positions.
Then you'll move on acquiring and demonstrating competence in donning TheraTogs garments and assorted straps to optimize postural alignment and bodyweight loading on the feet in standing position.
PRE-REQUISITE: You must have successfully completed the didactic session of Posture & Torso Alignment in Pediatric Orthopedic Development, including having passed the didactic examination. Precourse review materials are assigned to expedite learning in this lab program. Registered participants will receive a confirmation email with a promotional code for complimentary access to the online course.

All Certified TheraTogs Fitter courses are approved for CEUs for physical therapists and assistants and orthotists. If you are an occupational therapist or an assistant, you can earn CEUs for the CTF - Level 1 Lab, only.

After you enroll, we'll contact you via email about your TheraTogs garment size options. We'll send your selected garment to the lab location for you to use during the lab.

Bart Eeckhaut finished his Master in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy in 2016 at Ghent University, and in 2021 he received an extra certificate as a Bachelor in Orthopedic Technology at the Thomas More Technical School.
After seven years working in the field, he started on his PhD in 2023 at the University of Antwerp with the objective to converting his interest and experience into investigation.
Bart has a particular interest in the orthopedic perspective on neurological rehabilitation. Since 2018, he has been practicing Myofascial Dry Needling and applies the Dry Needling for Hypertonia and Spasticity technique on neurological patients. Besides his academic career, Bart Eeckhaut is also been involved in Theratogs since 2021.
