Order Fulfillment Tech
Progressive GaitWays LLC seeks a conscientious, dependable team member to support the sales operations of our 29-year-old training and product company. The position starts at 10-12 hours/week with flexibility in working hours, and must be performed onsite in our Lawson Hill office.
BTW, our very first employee in this position, 22 years ago, was a Telluride high school student - who is now the owner of a successful local business. That's the kind of person we're looking for.
We’re looking for a solid contributor who can:
This is a part-time W-2 position.
Boost Customer Satisfaction:
✓ Prompt, accurate fulfillment of product orders.
✓ Timely handling of routine email, phone, and voicemail communications with customers.
✓ Maintaining product quality via visual inspection, spot checking, and quantity counts.
Support Global Training Excellence:
✓ Packing and shipping course support materials for in-person medical training events in the US and worldwide.
✓ Monitoring shipment progress and confirming correct delivery.
Product Sales & Fulfillment Support:
✓ Maintaining ample product inventory and shipping supplies
✓ Generating montly inventory reports.
✓ Receiving and recording shipments of products and supplies.
✓ Other general office administration and operational responsibilities may be established by mutual agreement.
The ideal candidate possesses the following experiences and skills.
Essential:
Solid organizational skills as shown by a minimum of 12 months’ successful experience in an office, production, or retail environment.
Writing and verbal skills sufficient to communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and online.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Office365, ShipStation, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and website applications independently and effectively. (We will train as needed.)
Social media skills – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, email marketing – and basic computer graphics skills are a significant plus.

Highly Valued:
Experience in purchasing, fulfillment, or shipping.
Experience in the health care, bodywork, or physical rehabilitation fields.
Ability to use the Web, email, and other resources efficiently to support your responsibilities.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a definite plus; we have a number of customers in South and Central America.
We are a family-held business based in Lawson Hill (outside Telluride, Colorado). Our founder and president has 50 years’ experience in physical rehab and a world-wide reputation for high standards, scientific thinking, and a practical approach to the challenges of physical rehabilitation of neuromotor impairment. These traits drive our business, as well.
Dogs are prohibited in Lawson Hill, so furry friends and family members must be left at home. The office is a short distance from a SMART shuttle stop and multiple bike paths; parking is also available.

Hours: A flexible 10-12-hour work week is expected.
Schedule flexibility is a given, as long as work requirements and deadlines are met.
Location: Our office is in upper Lawson Hill, where all products and materials are located
- so this is a 100% onsite position.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, commensurate with experience and abilities
and depending on schedule requirements.
Benefits: After six months, you can take up to five days of paid personal time
(days off paid at five hours/day). Health benefits are not offered at this time.
