Assessment Calipers

Each sturdy Assessment Caliper features an anodized aluminum shaft marked with a centimeter scale for easy measurement of limb, trunk, or cranial diameter, and for easy marking of midpoints for assessment procedures. The caliper's perpendicular jaws make it easy to capture the body part, and their broad, tapered surface is comfortable for the patient … no more thin 'blades' pinching or marking the skin.

Calipers are crafted with computer precision and marked with laser accuracy. 

Available in 36 centimeters (14 inches) length and 20 centimeters (8 inches) length. Purchase as a set, or separately. 

The Assessment Caliper enables you to:

→ Measure the size of a pediatric cranium

→ Measure the width and depth of other body segments of suitable size

→ Measure pediatric pelvic obliquity at the superior iliac crests

→ Bisect the tibiofibular segment to draw the talar body landmark for open-chain foot assessment.

Wipe with disinfectant as appropriate after each use. Allow to dry completely before storing.
